Orders must be confirmed within four (4) working days of receiving the quotation. Confirmation requires an advance payment as specified in the quotation, and the order timeline will commence once the payment is received. Any modification to an accepted quotation must be discussed and mutually agreed upon by both parties before proceeding further.

Customers are required to inspect all products upon delivery. Any damages, discrepancies, or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Products cannot be returned after acceptance unless they are proven to be defective.

Vgott ensures that customers receive the most suitable and competitive pricing for their orders. All quoted prices include consultation, processing, research and development, and packing costs. Delivery charges vary depending on the nature and destination of the order and will be clearly communicated at the time of quotation. In certain cities or for specific order types, delivery charges may be waived.

Due to the nature of bulk orders, standard payment terms are 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation and 50% upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are to be made through digital payment modes only.

All sourced products meet standard quality benchmarks communicated at the time of order. However, vgott is not liable for manufacturing defects or issues beyond its control. Any claims regarding product defects or damages must be supported with evidence and reported within one day of delivery.
